Refund policy

At BratzXtentions, refunds are accepted within the first 7 days of receiving a product. The product must be in its original state in order to be returned. Meaning it has not been washed, dyed, bleached, cut, or tampered with in any form. If it is not in its original state, a refund will not be issued. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method only. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages therefore, we are not able to process a refund for this reason. In the event that your package has been lost or stolen, you must contact the carrier company for further assistance.
